In my role at Magnum Multimedia, Inc, on a contract for a government agency, I successfully managed multiple SharePoint projects while leading a dedicated team. Our team modernized the public-facing government agency website built on a SharePoint platform. We used Siteimprove site monitoring software to ensure we met industry website metrics for accessibility, SEO and performance. I oversaw all phases of the Development Lifecycle including eliciting business requirements, creating user stories, designing applications, facilitating regular project status meetings and status reports. I implemented Agile methodologies to enhance user feedback integration, resulting in improved product iterations. My efforts in data migration, site modernization and custom application development led to the website successfully completing all tasks in the SOW and the website meeting industry standards.
