With over 10 years of experience in education and social impact, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who leverages technology, data, and strategic planning to break down barriers and champion equity and operational excellence in education. I currently serve as the Senior Regional Director of Operations and Growth at KIPP NYC, a network of 15 public charter schools serving over students in grades K-12.In this role, I oversee the regional operations, growth, and innovation strategy, ensuring alignment with the network\'s mission, vision, and goals. I also manage a team of 20 operations and growth managers, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development. Some of my notable achievements include: Leading the successful launch of three new schools, expanding access and opportunity for over students and families in NYC. Implementing a data-driven approach to monitor and improve school performance, resulting in increased student retention, satisfaction, and achievement. Developing and executing a social impact plan that showcases the network\'s impact and value proposition to various stakeholders, including donors, partners, policymakers, and the media.
