Data nerd by trade, storyteller at heart.I’ve always been more interested in why the numbers matter than what they are.After an English degree I somehow landed in analytics. and fifteen years later, I’m still fascinated by the space where data meets human decision-making.I’ve built teams, launched BI strategies, and led programmes that turned dashboards into direction. Along the way I’ve learned that good analytics isn’t about models or platforms; it’s about trust and clarity and telling a story people can act on.These days I focus on helping organisations make that shift: from “what happened?” to “what’s next?”.
