I lead the combined Europe & Global Travel Retail division of Whyte and Mackay. I am accountable for delivering all elements of the P&L across European markets and Travel Retail global channels. I own our 5 year plan ambition and strategy setting the goals, outcomes and destination. My team are charged with strengthening our routes to consumer across each European market and enhancing our partnerships with Travel Retail customers and Airport Groups in service of delivering brilliant execution for our brands. I am accountable for our sales, marketing and innovation efforts across Europe & Travel Retail working to ensure we have a winning portfolio of brands through renovation, innovation or through seeking new third party brands for distribution in the UK. I am committed to enhancing our international network and building a community of the strongest distributors across Europe. My top priority is continuing to build our talented organisation ensuring we are capable of beating our goals.
