As a Truist Merger PMO Program Manager I was charged with creating the Initial Merger Implementation Roadmap for the Merger of Equals between BB & T and Sun Trust. The Merger Implementation Roadmap integrated the needs of both banks\' unique technical environments as well as the needs of the Bank Team Mates and over all Client Experience. Additionally, I lead the Data Quality Analysis and Maintenance effort, with a team of 78 people, which created detailed State by State views of the Heritage Sun Trust client base for all areas of the bank. With these unique views into the customer base, I directed the effort to align the bank wide client data to a future state model in order to prevent a negative client conversion experience and maintain a high quality of overall Team Mate conversion experience.
