About Michael Friedline
After 15-years as the chief development officer for three large non-profits, I started NonProfit Advance in 2008. I wanted to be the growth consultant that I had hoped to find when in I myself was in organizational leadership – innovative and creative; designer of strategies that fit my staff and financial resources, not “cookie cutter”; willing to commit to solid deliverables and meet timelines; knowledge of best practices; assistance with annual fundraising as well as campaigns. I wanted a consultant that would help me raise more money and also teach us and leave us stronger and more capable. Since then, NPA has helped over 45 different groups increase their philanthropic giving by 10-25% year over year. I affiliate with other like-minded fundraising and marketing experts who join me on larger projects as needed. We work nationally with faith-based as well as non-sectarian groups in various fields including: international relief and development, education, health services, human services, museums, the arts, churches, and conservation. We are willing to jump in and do the work as interim leadership and major gift officers. Check us out at NPAfundraising.com. Sign up to receive two blog posts a month providing advice and incite in fundraising and organizational development. Contact us for a free consultation. We will definitely help you grow your funding base so that you can do more good!

A consulting firm serving small and medium nonprofit organizations providing counsel on fundraising, donor communications, board development, marketing, and management. We advise and manage both annual fundraising and campaigns. We work \"hands-on\" serving as interim or temporary development or executive staff. Our approach is very donor-centric, seeing donors as investors that deserve acountability. We believe that giving is maximized through finding ways to help donors and prospects be more personally involved in the work of the organization.
