I’m Michael Falgares, a dedicated and innovative education leader with over 20 years of experience spanning teaching, Early Childhood Education, Adult Learning & Development, business development, operations management, educational technology, and AI Policy & Integration.My career began in 2002 as a first-grade, fifth-grade, and special education teacher in Howell, NJ, where I discovered my passion for educational technology. This passion inspired me to integrate cutting-edge tools into the curriculum, transforming classroom experiences and improving student engagement. Over the years, I’ve honed my expertise through diverse roles, including as the Executive Director of an Early Learning Academy and Chief Technology Officer for GNR Franchise Systems, where I grew a national franchise to over 21 locations. As the Director of Learning and Development for The Goddard School, I designed training programs and spearheaded initiatives to improve curriculum delivery across multiple locations. These leadership roles expanded my understanding of organizational development, technology integration, and strategic innovation.In 2013, I returned to the public school system as a Technology Integration Specialist in Freehold Township, coaching educators to effectively integrate technology into instruction. Today, as Director of Technology and Learning at St. Rose High School, I lead transformative initiatives that enhance our school’s programs through innovative technology solutions and professional development. I’m also pursuing graduate studies at Seton Hall University to become a licensed school and district administrator.Personal HighlightsAdoptive Father: Began fostering a 15-month-old in 2016, who we later adopted.
