   Game Changers is a transformative-character and leadership building organization focused on the retention and graduation of high school, athletes. • Build diverse partnerships in new markets by planning financially equitable B2B models, while creating marketing campaigns that reflect the new and inclusive: racial, cultural, and economic dynamics throughout the US. • Curate and moderate all aspects of communications—including, but not limited to print, radio, podcast, digital, social media, and TV. Implements storyboards when narrating workflow processes and projects.• Created 4 national and 3 statewide inclusive and youth centric programs engaging 4,400+ student athletes, amassing tens of thousands in scholarships/awards, and thousands of hours in community initiatives.• Lead program evaluations among students, staff, volunteers, board members and influencers to identify needs, and opportunities to deepen student’s call to action I.e, Summits, PSA’s, Voter Registration Drives.• Streamline business operations.
