2003-Current Co-Founder/Publisher/Author - Auto Upkeep/Rolling Hills Publishing, LLC; Ozark, Missouri• Published and co-authored Auto Upkeep. Now in its 5th Edition (Copyright © 2025), Auto Upkeep has been selected by over 700 schools, technology centers, colleges, and universities to teach maintenance, light repair, auto ownership, and how cars work. Since its inception, over copies have been sold. • Co-founded the Auto Upkeep Academy, an online introductory automotive program that focuses on what all car owners should know and be able to do. Over students have completed courses in the Auto Upkeep Academy. • Created a homeschool curriculum kit for basic car care. 20••••08 Assistant Supervisor of Career and Technology Education – Carroll County Public Schools; Westminster, Maryland• Supervised, observed, and evaluated 60 middle school, high school, and technology center teachers in Career and Technology Education (CTE) classes in 18 buildings over a geographical area of over 450 square miles.• Worked cooperatively with principals and assistant principals to procure equipment, evaluate teachers, and interview candidates for teacher openings. 20••••03 Technology Curriculum Specialist - Illinois State University; Normal, Illinois• Developed integrated math, science, and technology curriculum on a National Science Foundation funded project, co-authoring and revising ten integrated middle school textbooks on a math, science, technology team.ACHIEVEMENTS • Received the Technology Education Leadership Award (2006) by the Technology Education Association of Maryland. • Successfully defended thesis (2002) entitled Identifying Effective Recruitment Techniques and Factors that Influence Students to Enroll in Midwest Undergraduate Technology Education Programs.Specialties: Automotive, Education Administration, Teacher Training, Publishing, Marketing, Career and Technical Education, Technology Education
