I am a Lead Agile Learning Consultant at QA Ltd, with over 10 years of experience in coaching and consulting with diverse, cross-functional, and international clients on Agile principles and practices. I have a passion for empowering people towards their potential.In my current role, I design and deliver bespoke Agile transformation programs that meet the unique needs of large multinational clients, especially in the financial and insurance sectors. I have successfully created new services, including solutions that adapt to the changing business environment brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic and other global impacts. I also drive my team\'s ongoing development and improvement and contribute to the growth of our product portfolio and customer base.Additionally, I produce and host a Meetup designed to help build connections and promote a learning culture among Agile practitioners and enthusiasts. This live meetup community reaches around 1,500 attendees and supports their growth in skills, knowledge, and networking. I am also a speaker at both domestic and international conferences, webinars, and meetups, where I share my insights and expertise on Agile transformation, learning and development, and coaching.
