As President and Founder of Enact Partners, my role includes charting the strategic direction for the company, including managing the EP Guardian Fund. I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues to deliver the best results possible for our investors. I was a City Councilmember for the City of Carlsbad, California from 2014 to 2018. Previously, I served as Chairman of the Carlsbad Planning Commission and the Design Review Board, plus other boards and commissions for the City of Carlsbad.I also previously served the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority Board after an appointment from the North Coastal Area Mayors (San Diego). I served on several San Diego regional boards, including the Encina Wastewater Authority (EWA) Board and on the EWA Policy and Finance Committee. Additional community involvement includes serving on boards throughout San Diego County including the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) Board of Directors and the Carmel Valley Community Planning Board.
