Directed Advanced Course and Self-Expression and Leadership Programme (SELP) departments as Assistant Centre Manager, and currently Programme Leader of the SELP for Europe and Middle East region. Facilitated transformative journeys through community projects; trained and motivated teams on global initiatives, working through project planning, development and execution. Internationally, raised significant funds for UNICEF that supported Haiti earthquake recovery, and locally, brought different communities closer together. Created ongoing initiative which benefitted local residential care homes and schools through music.
