   In my role as Sr. Project Manager I was responsible for building a high-performing team from the ground up to support analytics across Fox News, Fox Sports, Fox Nation, TMZ, and more. I introduced Agile and Kanban workflows that enabled the team to manage data implementations across 14+ business units on Web, iOS, Android, AppleTV, FireTV, and Roku platforms. My responsibilities included ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with business goals. I’ve led the organization-wide implementation of Adobe Analytics, Segment, and Google Analytics, and successfully supported major live events like Super Bowls and presidential elections with timely, reliable data. With a team of 7–10 data managers, I worked cross-functionally across engineering, product, marketing, and executive leadership—bridging technical complexity with business strategy. With such a small team servicing all of Fox having the ability to negotiate amongst conflicting priorities across multiple executive leaders was imperative. Tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SAFe Agile were part of my daily toolkit.
