   Reporting to the Regional Director Imaging Compliance, responsible for monitoring and ensuring professional and technical imaging compliance with regulatory, federal, state, and local agencies, and achievement of quality measures. Collaborate with radiology medical and administrative team members to develop integrated clinical, department practices, and standardization.• Lead multiple interdisciplinary groups for the Illinois imaging service line including Body /Thoracic, MRI/MSK, CT Tech, and MRI Tech councils with the goal of standardizing policy, guideline, protocol, workflow development and implementation modalities for the system department. • Designed and implemented a continuous quality improvement program for imaging services to support ACR, DNV, and TJC accreditations, CMS (PQRS) quality measures and other key quality indicators.• Partnered with Epic, PACS, and Informatics teams to ensure that the electronic workflow supports the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective radiology services.• Served as a conduit between Advocate stakeholders and Imaging Services including but not limited to: Radiologists, Pharmacy, Nursing, IP, Supply chain, HIT, Compliance, Privacy, Education, Revenue Cycle (pre- and post-service).
