ABOUT MICHAEL GINSBERG

I am a financial management professional with extensive experience in insurance, plus healthcare and financial services, and who consistently achieves positive results.My experience includes managing accounting professionals, financial operations and customer service teams, and integrating acquired entities, while my work history includes large public entities, private equity ownership, smaller private companies and public accounting.My career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers (\"PwC\" Audit Staff and Tax Senior). I went to work for one of my favorite audit clients, Assurant (f/k/a American Bankers Insurance Group), managing two different operations groups, and serving as the Director of Reinsurance Marketing, Vice President and National Marketing Manager - Agency Market, and Vice President of Finance - Retail Channel. I also served as the Controller for CVS Aetna - Coventry Healthcare of Florida (f/k/a Vista Healthplan) and Chief Financial Officer for Marsh & McLennan Agency - Florida (f/k/a Seitlin Insurance), before accepting senior financial management roles with Financial American, Acadia Financial Group and UnitedHealth (see details below).I am a conceptual thinker that sees the big picture, can communicate a vision, and manage the detail components of a business.
