ABOUT MICHAEL GILMORE

I lead the commercial strategy at Destinology, one of the UK\'s leading luxury travel businesses. Over the past decade I\'ve built a good understanding of how individuals and their families make travel decisions — what they value, where they struggle, and what actually makes a difference to their experience.The individuals and families we work with are more often than not time-poor, high-achieving, and used to working with trusted advisers across their lives. I believe travel should be held to the same standard — planned properly, delivered professionally, and built around long-term trust rather than one-off transactions.I\'m particularly interested in how professional advisers — financial planners, wealth managers, family offices — can work more closely with specialists like us to better serve their clients. The overlap is natural, and the conversations I\'ve had in this space have been some of the most insightful and mutually beneficial of my career.Always happy to connect.
