I left a prestigious NYC law firm and my job as an M&A lawyer to create the first company to reward people for healthy behavior. When we talked to potential customers, they said, “we will never pay people to be healthy.” We built it anyway.We built IncentOne to 800 employees over 10 years. Then the 2008 financial crisis hit and what we built in 10 years was almost destroyed in 10 days. What followed was 3 years of 20 hour days, 5 minute cold showers every morning (and every day since) and a resurrection that led to a successful exit. Today, we are considered the pioneer of that industry. After telling a friend two weeks later, the friend walked into a Starbucks and said “watch this.” He yelled “who here is a lonely entrepreneur?” Every hand went up.I thought,\"Why are there so many passionate and talented people not getting the success and happiness they deserve?\" My mission - and The Lonely Entrepreneur - was born. We WILL help entrepreneurs turn their passion into success. And our goal was to help everyone!How do we do that?For early stage entrepreneurs, we offer the LEARNING COMMUNITY - the first one stop shop for entrepreneurs. For those further along, we offer SIDEKICK - our 1:1 consulting practice for CEOs. We believe CEOs don\'t need another consultant, they need a \"sidekick\" that bring judgment and experience to all the issues a CEO of a growing company faces.And more recently, we are hoping to help everyone address the elephant in the room \"how will I survive in an AI world?\" with the release of the ENTREPRENEUR SURVIVAL GUIDE - a system for entrepreneurs to survive and thrive in an AI world.
