ABOUT MICHAEL FINN SILVA

Throughout my life, one theme has been ever-present: perseverance. Time and time again I\'ve been tested and continue to learn, grow, and push myself to be the best I can be in work and in life.Unable to afford college, I searched for another option to start my career and eventually went to Year Up Bay Area to get into Technology and begin my professional career. There, I earned a Documentation Specialist internship at LinkedIn, which was where I was able to see the value in having explicit knowledge readily available for your customers.This skyrocketed my passion for listening to others and understanding their needs, since I found a way I could directly support them and potentially solve problems. From this passion, I’m proud to say I\'ve gone on to build strong relationships that have helped to secure a Full-Time position for every role I have been directly contracted to.I care a lot about the people I work with and the content I write for them, whether they are a contributor, or an audience member. My commitment to ensuring long-lasting knowledge has outlasted many of the managers I have worked for, requiring me to be extremely adaptable and communicating that to others.Over my decade of experience in the Tech and Philanthropy industries, I\'ve authored, reviewed, and published over process, policy, and procedure articles that are still utilized to this day by many Human Resources, IT, Security, Finance, and Legal teams, and I’d be honored to help you too.
