   Recruited to BD to lead the Infusion Knowledge Portal (IKP) team, a legacy end-user application delivering infusion related insights. IKP team consists of on-shore and off-shore personnel. Also the lead for Med Safety Analytics (MSA), a new, next gen analytics platform, powered by ThoughtSpot (Linux/Azure), delivering true self-service BI to our end customers. Identified model deficiencies and poor design in IKP and developed plans to implement changes. Advisor to Data Science team concerning infusion data and provide guidance on types of analyses and presentation methods (e.g. Tufte/Few). Enhanced team cohesion and efficiency by instituting a ‘daily dev’ meeting, covering everything from pair programming to long-term vision. Identified mew measures (overlapping infusions, intra-infusion alerts, etc). Suggested new facts (non-infusion events). Proposed Azure DevOps changes to facilitate faster, more reliable releases. Championed bottom-up analysis for highly dimensionalized data model. Introduced NTILE function/analysis for infusion pump wear and tear research.
