In this role, he is responsible for managing the Information Technology Division, Finance Division, Budget, City Treasury, Risk Management Officer, and City\'s Facilities. With extensive experience in municipal finance, Mike has served on the Board of Directors for the California Municipal Treasurers Association and chaired its Division II. He has also chaired the Los Angeles South Bay Chapter and been a member of the Technology Committee for the California State Municipal Finance Officers Association (CSMFO).
