I taught high school for two years (and that was enough). Though I still hold a P&C license, I\'ve stepped into customer retention with a great company, Comcast. This is a great position and Comcast is doing more in the area of customer service now. I\'m also an insurance broker for Continental Brokers in Madison, MS. We write homeowners and auto policies on several companies so we can get the best coverage at the best rate. We write auto for Safeco (a Liberty Mutual Company), Progressive, and MetLife. All three of these companies are A+ rated by AM Best. We write homeowners for The Hartford, Travelers, and Safeco. We write commercial through The Hartford, Travelers, CNA, and the Liberty Agencies.
