ABOUT MICHAEL COUNCIL

Michael Council is a Realtor® with Real Estate 38 in San Jose, California. He has been in the real estate services business since 2007 and will be here for many more. This longevity and confidence come from his real estate services to a great many buyers and sellers and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business. As a full-service real estate professional, Michael works with buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions spanning all price ranges and property types. Michael specializes in the South Bay but has helped clients buy or sell in other cities such as Sacramento, Stockton, Castro Valley, Modesto, and Fremont. He is a first-time homebuyer specialist who has extensive knowledge of the buying process. His focus is on ensuring first-time buyers understand all the necessary steps to purchase their first home. Michael is a family man with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife, and three kids. A natural athlete who played collegiate baseball, he now enjoys golf, basketball, and attending sporting events. Some of his other free time is spent servicing the community and his church, where he is on the leadership committee.
