   I am in charge of selling floor heating, snow melting, and heat trace, on all multi-unit residential projects, on the entire East Coast. I scour various sources for leads, then use my relationships and cold-calling skills to attack from the top down, starting at the developer/engineer/architect level, to secure the specification. Once that is secured, through use of CRM, I track the project as it advances, and sell to the general contractor, or a sub-contractor, to ensure the project uses our products. During my tenure here, I have grown our multi-unit residential market from 500k to over 1.5 million dollars in annual sales, and I\'ve been a leader on a team of 9 guys, helping contribute to increased sales across the board on the East Coast.
