Director at iO Associates | D365 F&O and Power Platform Contract Specialist | ERP Programme Delivery | PRG ConsultingI am a Director at iO Associates and specialise in the UK Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, particularly Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and the wider Power Platform stack.I work with consultancies and end clients delivering ERP and digital transformation programmes, helping them bring in the right capability at the right time. Most of my work centres around supporting delivery teams with experienced contractors across Finance, Supply Chain, Technical and Programme leadership roles within Dynamics 365.Typical hires include Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Power Platform Developers, Technical Specialists, Project Managers and Programme Directors who can step into complex environments and keep programmes moving forward.Because I speak with Dynamics contractors and programme leaders every day, I maintain a real time view of the UK D365 contract market. This includes insight across Finance, Supply Chain Management, X++ development, integrations, Azure architecture and Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.Alongside recruitment delivery I also support clients through PRG Consulting, the consulting arm of PRG Group. This gives organisations access to advisory support, programme governance, statement of work delivery and blended onshore and offshore capability where additional support is needed across ERP, Dynamics and transformation initiatives.Outside of delivery work I am actively involved in the tech community across Manchester and the North West, helping bring people together through events focused on Dynamics, data and AI.At the heart of it all I believe recruitment works best when it is built on long term relationships, honest market insight and a genuine understanding of the challenges organisations face when delivering change.If you are delivering a Dynamics programme or exploring how Power Platform can support your wider transformation plans I am always happy to connect.
