I am a recruiter and leader for iO Associates who has a background in software development. My current role also includes leading a team within iO Associates, focusing on technology positions. Most recently I have been focusing helping build development teams and help scale companies rapidly, as well as focusing on senior appointments and board level roles. This has enabled me to speak to my extensive network of senior people across the IT community. You’ll often find me out of the office meeting the best tech companies or best tech talent, as I feel that is the best way to gain an understanding of what someone may be looking for! Whether that is over a coffee or a beer.
