Accomplished leader in the fields of public health, public safety, and emergency management, with eighteen years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, policy development, project management, technology implementation, grant administration, and emergency response operations. Extensive history advising senior officials and developing successful partnerships and coalitions across jurisdictions, levels of government, and community partners. Most recently served as the VP for Business Operations at a software startup focusing on products to support emergency managers. Previously served as the chief public health emergency planner for the City of Boston. Significant accomplishments include: • Served as the lead author for the 2013 Boston Marathon Bombing After Action Report (AAR), which brought together dozens of agencies and was presented at multiple national forums. • During COVID-19, worked alongside senior city officials to develop the public health response and recovery framework for the Mayor. This included polices around emergency declarations, isolation and quarantine measures, hospital bed medical surge, and continuity of human service delivery for our residents. • Served on a management team for the development, build-out, and operations of the City of Boston’s Stephen M. Lawlor Medical Intelligence Center, a unique national model for information sharing, human services coordination, and resource management for before, during, and after emergency incidents.MPA graduate of Harvard University’s John F.
