1. Enterprise Sr Director of HR Strategy & Analytics

   Central Health is the Travis County Hospital District, an organization comprised of multiple entities (~1700 employees) with a focus on providing equitable, quality healthcare to the safety-net population in our local communities across Travis County. Reporting directly to the Enterprise Chief HR Officer, my role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the FY20••••26 HR Strategic plan, including the tracking and read-out of progress, facilitating and deploying resources to CoE/HR leadership, and the development and measurement of HR KPIs to support the overall County healthcare district\'s current operational plan (see more here - Additionally, my role oversees the HR technology portfolio - with PMO scope for implementing, optimizing, and enhancing tools and systems (ATS, HRIS, etc.), as well as overall operational process optimization in tandem with technology-related change and opportunities to improve employee experience. Finally,(and the most fun) is the oversight of HR analytics! I\'m currently developing a vision for people analytics at scale, through utilizing green-field opportunities to restructure all employee-related data and incorporate clean data into go-forward enterprise systems. My team will focus on knowledge and enablement for mostly self-service applications, hopefully freeing up time for more focused ad-hoc requests that drive insights and action.
