With over 25 years of leadership experience in Oil & gas, industrial plant maintenance, heavy equipment, and mining operations, I have successfully led and coached teams in various sectors and environments. I have a proven track record of delivering safe, productive, and quality results in both union and non-union settings, as well as customer service excellence in heavy equipment, mining, heavy industrial, and oil and gas industries.After retiring from my role as General Manager, Pipelines at Suncor, I have continued to apply my skills and expertise as a board chair and a vice chair for two non-profit organizations: Fort McMurray Airport Authority and Compassion House Foundation. I am passionate about contributing to the governance, vision, and strategy of these organizations, which provide essential services and support to the communities they serve. I welcome the opportunity to take on new challenges and learn from different fields and perspectives.
