I’m a seasoned investor and strategic advisor with a diverse background in private equity, capital formation, and board leadership—focused on unlocking long-term value across emerging technology, education, and operating companies.Over the past two decades, I’ve invested in and advised early- and growth-stage ventures, co-founded an SBIC-backed investment fund, and participated in IPO transactions. My portfolio spans EdTech, enterprise software, and asset-backed businesses—often in advisory board or board director roles where I support capital strategy, operational scale, and institutional relationship development.I bring both capital markets experience and operational insight to the table.
