   As the Marketing Manager at BYU Law School, I oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that work to strengthen the school\'s reputation as a leader in legal education. I supervise a team of six, providing mentorship and support as we build and optimize targeted digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms. My role encompasses every aspect of content creation—including copywriting, graphic design, photography, and videography—for BYU Law\'s social media, website, publications, and other digital and traditional media, ensuring all communication resonates with its intended audience and supports the school\'s mission.On the organic social media front, I have grown the BYU Law Instagram from a small following of a couple hundred to an engaged following of almost 3,500. I also built the BYU Law LinkedIn from the ground up, developing it into a thriving community of over followers.On the paid side (PPC and social), I have created targeted, enrollment-focused campaigns that consistently yield over qualified clicks each year to optimized ad landing pages. Whereas law school applications nationally were down 3% during the 2024 admissions cycle, applications to BYU Law increased by 18%.I have also led PR outreach campaigns that have allowed BYU Law to communicate its unique offerings to a larger audience of peer law schools and practitioners. In 2023, I entered BYU Law into Bloomberg Law\'s Innovation Program Competition, which resulted in our being recognized as the No. 1 law school for career pathing. This was also an extremely valuable earned media opportunity, generating thousands of impressions as Bloomberg Law published several articles and other web content pieces about BYU Law across its vast network.In March 2024, I was honored to receive BYU\'s University Performance Award, an award given to a BYU employee who has made extraordinary contributions to the University.
