For over 20 years I’ve accomplished this as a strategy + execution consultant, speaker, and writer.My philosophy and approach have been forged through a number of experiences. Three years as a national-championship-winning college football coach taught me the critical difference between the will to win and the will to do what it takes to win. Focus, alignment, and commitment – all sustained with ruthless consistency.My PhD in the Psychology of Human Performance provided a deep understanding of the factors that drive performance and results.Applying these learnings contributed to early successes in business: overseeing North American-leading service quality efforts while at FedEx, and turning around the largest ever client engagement for The Atlanta Consulting Group. Subsequently I co-founded a strategy + execution consulting firm, Bridgeway Leadership, and continued to refine my approach to developing and executing strategy.Today, in addition to strategy + execution consulting, I deliver presentations and workshops across North America and overseas for CEOs and top management groups.
