Provide strategic leadership and oversight for product development, project management, business analysis, and quality assurance teams within Info-Tech’s IT department. Accountable for ensuring seamless alignment between business product leaders and IT project teams, facilitating effective governance of the various project portfolios, and establishing processes, standards, and tools that drive successful project delivery across all product lines. My team serves as the critical link between product strategy and execution, collaborating with product leaders to identify high-value opportunities that are aligned with organizational and product vision. We ensure the right projects are selected at the right time through effective intake, prioritization, and capacity management. We support and empower design and development teams throughout the project lifecycle by facilitating requirements gathering, defining goals and success metrics, providing clear and timely decision-making, and ensuring deliverable quality and completeness. Additionally, we lead communication efforts, manage change, and oversee training and rollout plans, while setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and ensure continuous improvement.
