Provides expert guidance to senior leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, talent development and cultural transformation.Key responsibilities include:• Partnering with senior leaders to define and implement people strategies that support business objectives• Acting as a member of the client group leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and decision making• Leading workforce planning, succession and talent development to build future leadership capability• Driving organisational change and transformation, including mergers and acquisitions and structural redesign• Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions across performance, pay, engagement and talent• Using data and analytics to inform decisions, measure HR impact and improve productivity• Coaching and influencing leaders to embed company values and behaviours, fostering a culture of accountability and growth• Leading talent attraction and retention strategies in partnership with the talent acquisition team, with a focus on diversity and internal mobility• Ensuring effective delivery of annual HR processes and compliance with employment legislation• Championing employee engagement and wellbeing through targeted initiatives and leadership enablement• Operating independently and deputising for the Head of HR when required
