About Michael Buckles
Hi I am currently a Manager in Accenture\'s Song Sales and Service practice. Following various sales experiences in undergrad, I joined Accenture and immediately began work in customer experience and sales optimization/strategy. In my time with Accenture, I have spent my last 4 years implementing Salesforce at a major communications and media client specializing in integrating the company\'s partner channel into Salesforce and am currently working with the client to re-invent their digital ecommerce experience for SMB customers using Salesforce. Additionally, I have worked in an innovation hub bringing client ideas to life, worked with a Fortune 15 healthcare company optimizing their call center processes and worked on SMB Sales Strategy for a large social media platform. As I move forward, I will continue to lean into new and exciting sales and service work to further my skillset in the area. I pride myself in always bringing a positive mindset to any situation I find myself in. I love delivering results through teamwork, a positive mindset and leading others to be (and see) the best version of themselves.In my free time you will probably find me hiking up a mountain or running around it.
