Products developed include Shout-Outs, a recognition and reward program that allows Amazon associates the ability to recognize one other via the Shout-Outs iOS and Android mobile applications and website- Manage the career development of the team’s software development engineers. Built a new team to full capacity by hiring and developing new talent. Products are developed for web and React Native using technologies such as AWS lambdas, AWS AppSync, AWS DynamoDB, AWS S3, java, typescript, React and React Native- Leveraged technical background to create new hire tutorials, load testing framework, and audit system using AWS technologies - as well as provide hands-on help to the team’s software development engineers troubleshoot and debug technical issues- Lead the delivery of projects by overseeing the full development lifecycle of the team from design to operational support. Successfully delivered several major projects which support Amazon’s global diverse workforce, ensuring accessibility and availability in over 15 languages.
