Support and manage all new projects and work closely with the Company’s Regional. Construction and Development team through the preconstruction process, including proposals, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, value analysis, and design management. As well as review, analyze, and evaluates business procedures. Implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations. Ensure work environments are adequate and safe. Oversee Estimating, Operations, and Business Development departments, ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company executive leadership.
