I help people become more emotionally intelligent so that they can connect better with themselves and others. With workshops for everyone as well as services designed especially for businesses, I show people how to increase their Emotional Intelligence - or short EQ. EQ is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way. Being able to use these different skills means living a happier life and being able to high perform in business terms.
