Borrowing from the mission of the National Association of Pastoral Musicians: to foster the art of musical liturgy, I provide the leadership for fostering the art of musical liturgy in the parish. This involves preparing music for a wide array of liturgies (weekend, sacramental, funerals, weekly school liturgies, etc.), scheduling of musicians for parish liturgies, rehearsals, and serving as keyboardist for many of the parish liturgies. Additionally I have the responsibility of on-going formation in the areas of liturgy and music for myself, parish music ministers and the parish at large in the role as the liturgical assembly.
