Led broad, monthly meetings reviewing these plans. Rigorously monitored the medical literature, conference proceedings, and intel across heart valve disease space, prioritizing and disseminating key findings to senior management, internal, and field stakeholders in multiple formats. With study investigators/steering/publication committees, led team in the execution of P&P strategy supporting product approval/adoption and new claims/indication expansion. Led team in support of IDE, CE Mark, PMA, 510(k), and MDD/MDR Regulatory activities. Cultivated strong relationships with KOLs and relevant professional societies to facilitate P&P efforts. Led team response to HCP, patient medical inquiries regarding safe and effective use of products. Led team in review, adjudication, and management of Investigator-initiated studies/trials.
