About Michael Eckhardt

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have developed my career helping successful individuals, families and businesses design and implement goals-based wealth management strategies. My approach to wealth management is consultative, objective and committed to excellence. It all begins with discovering where clients are by listening intently and truly understanding their overall financial situation, goals and aspirations. I then leverage the strength and vast resources of our firm to offer sound advice and guidance on a wide range of possible strategies; including retirement planning, insurance and estate planning services. I work closely with the client\'s other trusted advisors, including their accountants and attorneys. I grew up in Corvallis, OR and received a Bachelors degree in Finance with a minor in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University. In the spring of 2003, I earned an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird, The School of Global Management and actively serve as the Portland chapter leader for the T-Bird alumni association. My wife Anna and I live in Vancouver, WA and love raising our two young boys, Mason and Alex. We enjoy spending time with extended family & friends while boating on the Columbia River, skiing at Mt. Bachelor, getting sandy on the beach in Neskowin and occasionally traveling overseas. I like to escape by riding my bike long distances in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the American Diabetes Association.
