About Michael D. Becerra
I\'ve been working the last 15 years building my academic and counseling career. I started teaching in a substance abuse counseling program at a local community college while counseling at-risk students in Dallas, Texas. I also spent six years building my international experience in Colombia teaching and helping start small businesses through digital media and audiovisual projects, as well as conducting academic research with a local university research group. I currently teach counseling and conduct research at LSUS and provide vocational expert testimony for Social Security Administrations\' Office of Hearings. I also provide wellness counseling and life coaching through my private practice.
