Through utilising my skills and 17+ years’ experience as a results-driven D365 Project/Programme Manager who has delivered medium to large-scale digital transformations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementations. I am experienced in managing the full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer experience and Marketing as well as the core D365 F&O modules, Supply change and Finance. Highly skilled in applying Prince2, Agile, Waterfall, and SureStep project management methodologies, blending where appropriate. My commitment to stakeholder relationship management has consistently propelled projects forward. Overall, I strive to bring positivity and energy to all teams I work with, building strong relationships as a result.In my current contract role I have;• Led the recruitment and structuring of delivery teams across multiple European locations, and managed the full project lifecycle for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain modules.• Led the delivery of a solution design for the business rollout to over 30 sites globally, resulting in positioning the business for operational improvements and cost savings.• Selected and integrated key technologies, including training solutions, bank reconciliation tools, and address verification systems, to support the D365 implementation.• Provided continuous project governance, including RAID management and status reporting to senior leadership, utilising ADO, Kendis, and Aha.
