About Michael Bays

Over 19+ years in the Information Technology industry as a leader, recruiter and consultant. I have helped build information technology departments from the ground up through strong long-lasting relationships with technical talent. I believe that transparency is the bridge for a successful, client-candidate-recruiter relationship. Outside of recruiting I am a proud father of 2 boys and an 19-year cancer survivor and dedicate my free time as resource for those fighting the battle. A fun fact is that I used to be the Clemson Tiger mascot back in the mid-1990s.
