I lead a high-performing team, manage daily, weekly, and monthly operations, and drive strategic initiatives that transform business performance, enhance profitability, and ensure long-term growth.Key responsibilities- Direct operations and strategy across three interconnected brands, optimizing efficiency, scalability, and profitability- Lead and mentor the team responsible for Chems Academy and Chems Studio, ensuring exceptional training programs, studio services, and operational excellence.Oversee and independently manage Maquillage-Permanent.fr’s end-to-end e-commerce operations, including procurement, inventory, promotions, sales, and strategic growth initiatives- Drive transformative initiatives for Chems Academy, including website redevelopment, process redesign, and operational restructuring following a major strategic pivot- Manage back-office operations, including invoicing, financial reporting, and coordination with accountants and Qualiopi auditors- Oversee human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and workforce restructuring when required- Serve as a key decision-maker for cross-entity initiatives, business expansion projects, and process improvements to enhance performance, compliance, and market impact.
