Steering strategic transformation at Humana, my leadership in Agile Management has been pivotal in aligning business and technology objectives. The creation of the Agile Management Office (AMO) and leading a team of Agile coaches are among the keystones of our enterprise-wide Lean-Agile transformations. Our focus is on sustainable, full-stack strategies that enhance business agility and deliver optimal solutions.My role involves orchestrating large-scale Lean-Agile initiatives, which has resulted in significant alignment of product lines and overall operational excellence. The upskilling initiative under my guidance has transformed the professional growth trajectory of our associates.    Created the Technology Strategy Agile Management Office (AMO) which is geared to align large scale Lean-Agile transformations across the enterprise.• Built and lead a team of professional Agile coaches that lead multiple Lean-Agile transformations• Created a scalable full-stack Lean-Agile transformation strategy that works to partner business with technology to delivery optimal end-to-end solutions (Enterprise Business Agility)• Leading multiple large-scale Lean-Agile reformations across Humana combining business and technology along product lines• Leading the Upskilling initiative in Humana by creating a scalable upskilling strategy that allows us to train, coach, and mentor associates in a just-in-time manner aligning to each organization\'s transformation strategy• Mapped products and services across Technology Strategy group (IT)• By synchronizing my Agile transformation strategy with the Upskilling strategy we have been able to deliver just-in-time vital training and upskilling to over 500 associates in just 9 months. We are on track to upskill 400 more in 2022• Built strong networking relationships at enterprise level with the Executive Leadership Team, business leaders, IT leaders, IT Learning Systems, Human Resources, and Strategic Change Management, which allows me to build effective cohesion and alignment across critical path organizations• Built a Change Management strategy that allows us to compare change management efforts to the changes in delivery metrics to illustrate the effectiveness of change. Comparing these metrics provides us not only with the true cost of change, but it allows us to prove the benefits of the same.
