Reports to the General Manager & Owner. As a member of the executive team I am accountable for increasing total store sales for 11 Liquor World Las Vegas locations, along with a wine and beer lounge, a convenience store, and a distribution center focused on increasing profitability, while controlling expenses to achieve the enterprises annual operating plan. I lead these objectives by collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver strategic chain wide initiatives including the launch of a new POS system to help with inventory and price management, new store format and the design of department schematics to create a better shopping experience, new product line launches to drive incremental sales, labor management to align costs, organizational design both in the new corporate office and in the field structure to improve efficiencies. All of these objectives have led to the overall increase in sales while improving our guest experience and team member engagement.
