Initiated and lead Red Hat\'s Customer Experience & Operations (CXnO) Vendor Management & Operations (VMO) program. The current focus is on developing and deploying policies and processes for managing the procurement, cost management, and security requirements associated with our use of public cloud services, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This effort includes global collaboration across different functional areas and cloud account owners across the company. Our collaboration greatly facilitates effective policy development and the adoption of tools, especially for cost management and security. Benefits delivered include a reduction in redundant efforts and reduced security and cost risks associated with the use of public cloud resources. The VMO program also seeks to streamline the procurement and management of all software licenses, subscriptions, etc. from outside vendors.
