1. Lecturer & Program Director, Teach for Chicago Journalism

   Northwestern University Medill School

   Develop and teach undergraduate courses in broadcast journalism, including Fundamentals of Video Journalism and Introduction to Podcasting and Audio Reporting. Lead and craft strategy for Medill\'s Teach for Chicago Journalism program, which seeks to improve opportunities for young people in the Chicago Metropolitan Region in learning skills and practices involved in the production of journalistic media, through support and training for journalism advisors, and development of innovations in scholastic journalism curricula. In addition, the program seeks to expand the skillsets that are part of scholastic journalism to the broader constituency of students in the Chicago area by expanding the role of news media literacy in multiple disciplines.
