Project managing an office move following a permanent move to hybrid working. Leading the selection of a new office space, contract negotiation and the successful delivery of a complex office move schedule including dilapidations. Managing and leading all office communications across email, Teams and the company intranet pages to cement a positive culture across all teams, aligning to the Premier values. Redevelopment of the office induction and onboarding experience for new starters. Taking a lead in our health and wellbeing, and inclusion and diversity workstreams for the PBS office, and being an integral part of the health and disability employee resource group at Premier Foods.
