Michael is a Senior Contracts Manager at Microsoft, where he supports a global client base in Industry Solutions Delivery (\"ISD\").Prior to this, he supported a large UK central Government customer on a major telephony and digital project deployment and other related technology contracts. He is also a Solicitor (NSW) with a Masters Certificate in Global Contract Management.With over 25 years of experience in commercial, contract, project and legal management, Michael has worked with global organisations such as Microsoft, Nuance Communications, Capita plc, Lucent Technologies, Accenture and HP/Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He has led and managed contracts in various sectors and regions, including business process outsourcing, managed services, AI, software, cloud, systems integration and professional services. He has also trained and delivered commercial contract management training in locations like India, Philippines, Malaysia, Czech Republic, the UK and Russia.Michael has a genuine passion for the subject of commercial and contract management, and brings original and creative ways of approaching it with cultural fluency.
